The awards for this wonderful hotel are based on reviews from visitors who have consistently give a five star rating.
Carol-Lynn said “We are rated fifth in the UK and 14th in Europe, which is fantastic.
“Giving people a warm welcome and trying to ensure they enjoy their stay is very important to us,” said Carol-Lynn Robbins who runs the hotel with her husband Ian.
