Bryn Melyn Farm features a large farmhouse and 5 independent cottages created from the original farm barns and is located 5 miles east of Bala adjoining the Snowdonia National Park. The property is peacefully situated in 12 acres of attractive wooded grounds incorporating picnic areas and pond, tennis court, outdoor play areas, an indoor playroom, a helipad, and surrounded by pastureland on which you can enjoy ¾ mile of private fishing on the River Dee.

Designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, it is the perfect location to explore the grandeur of North Wales and what possibly is one of the most hauntingly beautiful areas in Europe.

The farmhouse accommodates 12 people and the barn cottages are for 2, 4, and 6 people respectively. The whole property would be ideal for that special occasion, such as a wedding, a birthday or anniversary, or indeed, a corporate event when you could bring together up to 35 people in one fabulous venue, all in luxurious and breathtakingly beautiful surroundings. We even have the facility for a marquee seating up to 120 people. There is parking at the farm and secure storage for cycles as well as a power washer if required after those particularly muddy rides.

On a more personal note, I was brought up here in the days when Bryn Melyn was a working farm.
I was lured away by the excitement of an international opera career, but finally, the Bryn Melyn magnetism proved irresistible and I returned.

I am now delighted to be able to share its magical qualities with you.
