Break ‘n’ Spin in Llandudno near Colwyn Bay is run by Zara Groves a fully qualified Fitness Instructor and Pole Dancing Instructor with a wealth of experience in teaching a variety of dance and fitness classes. Zara has over 12 years experience as both a personal trainer and group Fitness Instructor and has worked in Hong Kong, London and is now based in Llandudno. She is A.C.E. qualified and has a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.
